Simle vs. Wachter 

Team 2B, #2

So proud of my Zeke for going out there and giving it his all! I have to admit, I've always wondered what it must be like to play a sport. Is it nerve racking with all those people watching? Adrenaline rush? I know it's physically demanding, and for two weeks straight, Zeke knocked out 9-10 practices - and the games aren't short either. They are about 1-1.5 hours. They did not win this game, but that is OK. Winning isn't what matters, it's coming together as a team and working together with a goal. Winning means nothing if you lost sight of what got you there.

These last pics are from his second game on Monday September 12th. So weird, he played against his own school! Teams B1 & B2 played against each other, both teams consisting of 7th and 8th grade boys. Zeke's friend, Ashton, was on the other team. Zeke's team did win this time.
